Over the past week some Uber drivers have been greeted by this screen.
Most of these suspensions seem to be related to high cancellation rates. While we have no confirmation of exact numbers, a driver we spoke to was told that his cancellation rate was over 50% when he called in.
For now, a call seems to be all it takes to get unsuspended. Callers were also told that their accounts will be on probation the following week and to keep their cancellations low.
